Honey Nut Chicken

Honey Nut Chicken- Sweet crunchy delight

A perfect pairing with your glass of dessert wine, this mouth-watering recipe will be a real feast for your sweet buds.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts (boneless and skinned) - 6

Butter (melted) - 1/4 cup

Honey – 3 tbsp

Salted peanuts or other salted nut (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup

Cornflakes (finely crushed) - 1-1/4 cups

Dried thyme leaves – 1 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Take a shallow pan and mix butter and honey.

In other pan mix the remaining ingredients.

Dip the chicken in butter mixture and then roll in the crumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken on a jelly roll pan on a wire rack and bake for 20-24 minutes at 400 degrees F or till the chicken registers 160 degrees F on meat thermometer. Serve immediately.
