Pan-seared Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce- A Rich Creamy Experience!

Ingredients

Salmon steak – 4 (weighing 4oz)

Shallot (minced) – 1 tbsp

Garlic (minced) - 1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice - 1/4 cup

Butter - 1/4 cup

Cream – 1 cup

White wine - 1/2 cup

Parsley (chopped) – 2 oz

Pepper and salt

Preparation

Take a large pan and sauté shallots and garlic in little butter.

Sear salmon steaks on each side.

Put in oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.

Take the salmon out of the pan and keep aside.

Pour white wine to the pan and add the butter and cream.

Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Place the salmon on plate, pour the sauce and garnish it with parsley.
